• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our own servers.
• Communications: messages you send us via our contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, including the content of those messages.
• Website usage data: collected automatically via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads, including pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location (city-level), and referral source.
• Account information: if you register/log in, your name, email, and booking history associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To arrange, confirm, and fulfil your chauffeur bookings.
• To process payments securely through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, driver details, schedule changes) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• To respond to enquiries, complaints, or fare disputes submitted through our contact form.
• To measure and improve website performance and advertising effectiveness (Google Analytics and Google Ads).

3. Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only with:

• Stripe - to process payments securely. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; see Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
• Our chauffeurs and dispatch team - limited to the booking details necessary to complete your ride (pickup/drop location, time, contact number).
• Google (Analytics/Ads) - aggregated, anonymized usage data for website and advertising performance.
• Legal or regulatory authorities - only where required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Google Ads tags) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality, such as the booking form.

Our services are intended for adults booking transport. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 except where a parent or guardian provides it as part of a booking (e.g. traveling with a baby seat request).
